England.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front moves across the
waters tonight. Strong Arctic high pressure builds NW and N of 
the waters Sat into early Sun, then shifts N and NE later Sun and
Sun night. Low pressure develops off the mid-Atlantic coast by 
Sun afternoon, tracks NE toward the area Sun night, then moves NE
across the S and E portions Mon and Mon night. A series of low 
pressure troughs or reinforcing cold fronts move across the area 
Tue through Wed night.
