A cold NW flow will remain in place through Mon. High pressure will build over the waters Mon night and continue through Tue night as low pressure moves off of the coast to the S of the waters. High pressure then remains over the waters Tue night through Wed night while weakening. A potentially large, intensifying low pressure system will move off the Mid- Atlantic coast S of the waters Thu, and pass S of the waters Thu night. while it continues to strengthen. $$
