A cold front will move off the New Jersey and Delmarva coasts early tonight, move S and SE across the central waters later tonight into Thu, and then will stall across the far S waters later Thu into early Fri while a series of weak lows move NE along the stalled front. The front will pass just S of the area late Fri. Strengthening high pressure will gradually build S and SE across the waters Thu night through Sat. The center of the high pressure will move S into the central waters Sat night and then into the S waters Sun and Sun night. $$
