West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A strong cold front across the S
waters, will continue to move rapidly E across the rest waters 
tonight, as the associated strengthening low continues to move 
well N and NE of the region Fri and Fri night. A secondary cold 
front will move E across the northern and central waters Fri into
Sat. High pressure will build towards the waters Sat and Sat 
night, then will move slowly E across the S waters Sun and Sun 
night. The associated high pressure ridge will extend W near or 
just S of the southern waters Mon through Tue night. A cold front
will move into the N waters Sun, will stall Sun night and Mon, 
and then will lift N of the area as a warm front Mon night. 
Another warm front will lift N across the northern waters Tue and
Tue night as a cold front gradually approaches the coast.
