.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will dissipate over the waters today. 
High pressure will build N of the region today and tonight, then
shift NE of the area Tue. Broad low pressure will approach the 
Mid-Atlantic coast Tue night into Wed, slowly track E to the N 
of the waters Wed night and Thu while pulling a cold front over 
the area, and then move well NE of the waters Thu night through 
Fri night as a weak high pressure ridge builds E across the
region.
