.SYNOPSIS...A mid and upper level trough will provide
thunderstorms through tonight, with a chance of heavy rain, 
frequent lightning, and gusty winds. High pressure centered SE of
Bermuda will maintain primarily moderate trade winds over the 
region through today. Winds and seas will diminish Fri through 
Sat as the high pressure shifts east of the area.
