.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A cold front over the S waters
this morning will move E of the area today. A ridge will build 
across the N and central waters today and tonight, as a trough 
develops along the S California coast. The trough will slowly expand 
N Fri and Fri night, then  move SE Sat and Sat night as a cold front 
moves into the N waters. The front will continue moving SE through 
the central waters and into the S waters Sun into Sun night. Low 
pressure will move N of the area Mon, with a ridge building across 
the region Mon night.
