.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A trough along the 
Vancouver Island coast will weaken tonight into Fri. The trough 
will reform along the coast Sat night and persist through Tue 
night. Another trough will extend N along the far SW Oregon coast
tonight, continue through Fri night, then expand farther N Sat 
into Sun before diminishing Sun night into Mon. High pressure 
will build E toward the area Fri through Sat night, then persist 
along or just W of 140W through Tue night.
