Outer waters from 150 nm to 250 nm offshore.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...An area of low
pressure over the NW Washington coast will move E and dissipate
inland today. A high pressure ridge will build NE over the waters
today, then shift E and inland tonight. Another low will pass NW
of the waters Sat, pulling a cold front through the region Sat
and Sat night. High pressure will then build into the waters Sun
through Mon, then shift inland Mon night as a broad low pressure
approaches from the NW, bringing another cold front across the
waters.
