Outer waters from 150 nm to 250 nm offshore.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A trough will persist along the
California coast today through Fri night. High pressure ridging
over the area today will weaken heading into tonight as a weak
area of low pressure drops S to the W of the waters. The low will
dissipate W of the waters tonight into Wed. High pressure will 
rebuild NW of the region Wed night into Sat night with ridging
moving over the waters during this time.
