At 819 PM EDT, wind shifts were located along a line extending from
14 nm northwest of Saint Helena Sound to 10 nm northwest of Capers
Island Buoy, moving south at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Winds up to 30 knots.

  IMPACT...Expect briefly stronger winds and suddenly higher waves.
