...THUNDERSTORM OVER THE SOUTHWESTERN WATERS OF PUERTO RICO...

At 434 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, 
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was 
located just off the coast of Cabo Rojo, moving southwest at 15 
knots. Additional thunderstorms could develop across the Mona 
Passage in the next hour or so.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
