  Coastal Waters OF Northwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...
  Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...
  Mona Passage Southward to 17N...

At 609 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located 
over mainly areas of western coastal wataers and the Mona Passage. 
The t-storms is moving west at 10 knots. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
