  Coastal waters east of Ipswich Bay and the Stellwagen Bank 
  National Marine Sanctuary...
  Massachusetts Bay and Ipswich Bay...

At 208 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located
over Minot Light, moving northeast at 10 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Boston Harbor, Boston Buoy 44013, Boston Light, Mass Bay Buoy 44029,
Minot Light, and Ocean Bluff-Brant Rock.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Expect gusty winds to around 30 knots...briefly rough seas and
lightning strikes. Consider heading for safe harbor until this storm
passes.

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible and keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
