At 855 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated A line of heavy downpours and 
embedded thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 
knots. This activity was located along a line extending from 11 nm 
northeast of New Haven Harbor to 8 nm north of Herod Point to 8 nm 
southeast of Port Jefferson Harbor, moving east at 45 knots.

  Central Long Island Sound and Falkner Island around 910 PM EDT.
  Madison Reef around 915 PM EDT.
  Six Mile Reef, Horton Point and Essex Village around 920 PM EDT.
