...INCREASING WINDS THIS AFTERNOON...

A few southerly to southeasterly wind gusts to near 20 knots are
possible this afternoon. Wind gusts are expected to become more
frequent late this afternoon. Inexperienced mariners, especially 
those operating smaller vessels, should exercise extra caution if 
navigating the waters during this time.
