...GUSTY WINDS BETWEEN 25 AND 30 KNOTS THROUGH 800 AM...

Observations show gusty north to northeast winds between 25 and 
30 knots across portions of the Maryland and Virginia Coastal
Waters behind a cold front. These gusty winds will continue 
through at least 800 am this morning before diminishing.
