At 202 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. These
thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 9 nm east of
Louisiana Offshore Oil Port to near Ship Shoal 295, moving east at 60
knots.

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, small hail and dangerous lightning strikes. Boaters should
seek safe harbor immediately until this activity passes.
