...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...  
   The nearshore and open waters from the Islands to Avon Point OH...

At 341 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable 
of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. This 
thunderstorm was located 5 nm east of Kelleys Island, moving 
northeast at 15 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
