A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas...
  Nearshore and Open Waters from St Joseph to Manistee MI...

At 137 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated  showers and a few embedded 
thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. They 
existed along a line extending from near Sheboygan to 24 nm 
northeast of Wind Pt. to 13 nm northeast of Wilmette Harbor, moving 
east at 30 knots.

  White Lake Pier Heads and The White Lake Pierheads around 255 PM 
  EDT.
  Muskegon Light, Little Sable Point Light, and Mona Lake Channel 
  around 300 PM EDT.
  Grand Haven Light around 305 PM EDT.
  Saugatuck Pier Heads around 320 PM EDT.
  South Haven Light around 325 PM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
