...SHOWERS OVER THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Big Island Southeast Waters...
  Big Island Windward Waters...

At 419 PM HST, Doppler radar indicated showers, capable of producing
winds to around 30 knots. These showers were located along a line
extending from 19 nm northeast of FAD Buoy D to 35 nm southeast of
FAD Buoy SS, moving northeast at 40 knots.

Showers will remain over mainly open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots...locally higher
waves...and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
