This will cause winds along the outer coast and eastern gulf to reach storm force levels and for seas to rise to 30 feet. Wind driven waves, high seas, and peak astronomical tides, will cause tides to be elevated above published values, namely along the outer coast and near ocean entrances. Property below the high tide line may be at risk during peak mid-day tides over the coming days. $$
