...ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE COASTAL WATERS...

At 1030 PM, isolated thunderstorms were detected over the coastal
waters west of Lincoln City. Expect isolated thunderstorms to
continue over the coastal waters until at least mid-morning. The
primary threats with these storms will be frequent lightning and
brief heavy rain.
