Scattered thunderstorms continue moving over the waters from the 
west this evening and will persist through the evening. In 
addition to frequent lightning, these storms will be capable of 
producing small hail, wind gusts as high as 40 kt, and localized 
heavy rain. Mariners should use caution. Monitor NOAA Weather 
Radio for the latest information, forecasts, and warnings.
