The areas affected include...
  Coastal Waters from Point Reyes to Pigeon Point California out to 
  10 nm...
  San Pablo Bay, Suisun Bay, the West Delta and  the San Francisco 
  Bay north of the Bay Bridge...

At 844 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located
near Point Bonita, or 88 nm southeast of Point Arena, moving north at
20 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Point Bonita.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
