COASTAL WATERS OF EXTREME SOUTHWEST CALIFORNIA THROUGH SUNDAY
EVENING...

A cold and unstable air mass will bring a slight chance of
thunderstorms through this evening. These thunderstorms could 
bring local gusty winds to 40 knots, choppy seas, cloud-to-water 
lightning, brief heavy rain, and isolated waterspouts. Conditions
will improve late this evening.

If threatening weather is observed, mariners are advised to seek
safe harbor.
