An isolated thunderstorm has developed over the southwest coast of
Puerto Rico. At least for the next hour or so, expect periods of 
locally heavy rainfall and gusty winds up to 30 mph. This
activity will move offshore and occasional lightning strikes are 
possible over the waters. Also, ponding of water on roads and in 
poor drainage areas as well as hazardous driving conditions can be
expected with these showers. The heaviest rains were over parts 
of Cabo Rojo, Guanica, and Lajas.
