The showers and storms will be moving to the south over the coastal range, and to the west and northwest over Plumas, Tehama and Shasta County mountains into early evening. The activity over Tehama, Plumas and Shasta County mountains will be moving into the northeast Foothills and may move into the northern Sacramento Valley and affect Redding and Red Bluff.
