embedded thunderstorms will affect the northern portions of the 
Laguna Madre and the lower Texas Gulf Waters from 30 to 60 
nautical miles offshore of Padre Island. Lightning and periods of
locally heavy rainfall are possible across these marine areas 
through 7 am.
