moving northeast at 20 mph.

Multiple slow moving thunderstorms producing heavy rain have been 
affecting western Garrett County. This may lead to local ponding on 
roads, and rises on small streams.

Locations impacted include...
Grantsville, Friendsville, Accident, Deep Creek Lake State Park,
Swallow Falls State Park, McHenry, Selbysport, Keysers Ridge, McComas
Beach, and Mineral Spring.

This includes Interstate 68 in Maryland between mile markers 2 and
18.
