At 646 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated an isolated thunderstorm 
developing near Shelton, or 17 miles east of Kearney, drifting south 
at 10 mph.

It is unclear how much this storm will strengthen over the next 30 
to 45 minutes, but it is not out of the question that it could 
become strong enough to produce brief heavy rain, gusty winds and 
perhaps small hail, and it will be monitored closely. 

Locations potentially impacted through 730 PM CDT include... 
Gibbon, Shelton and Kenesaw. 

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 286 and 295.
