Thayer counties. Visibility will be one quarter mile or less at 
times, but visibility is expected to improve within the next two to 
three hours.

Geneva, Exeter, Fairmont, McCool Junction, Shickley, Davenport,
Milligan, Bruning, Alexandria, Grafton, Ohiowa, Carleton and Strang.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 360 and 365.
