Bloomingburg, or 7 miles north of Middletown, moving northeast at 30
mph.

  New Paltz around 220 PM EDT.
  Highland around 230 PM EDT.
  Poughkeepsie, Hyde Park, Fairview and Red Oaks Mill around 235 PM 
  EDT.
  Pleasant Valley and Staatsburg around 245 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this storm include Tuckers Corner, Norrie
Heights, Forest Glen, Knapps Corner, Dwaarkill, Awosting, Elting
Corners, Ireland Corners, Haviland and Cragsmoor.

The main threat will be occasional cloud to ground lightning strikes 
and a brief burst of moderate rainfall.  Wind gusts up to 35 mph 
will also be possible.
