Locally dense fog is forming along the Columbia River along and
north of a line extending roughly from the Portland Airport to St.
Johns. This fog may reduce visibility to one half mile or less at
times, and even lower near the Columbia River.

Use caution when out and about tonight. Make sure you can see 
others, and they can see you. If walking or biking, wear 
reflective clothing.
