.NOW...Patchy dense freezing fog has been observed this morning
through the foothills of the Blue Mountains and through Central
Oregon. Freezing drizzle is falling out of the fog, creating low
visibility and slick surfaces. I-84 is closed between Pendleton 
and La Grande, as well as OR204. Very slick road conditions are 
present and are likely through much of the morning as temperatures
will be slow to warm. Use extra caution if you must travel this
morning, as multiple reports of accidents and spin outs have been
received.
