Through 1230 PM, heavy showers will continue to pass over Rota and
surrounding waters the next hour or so. An additional 1 to 2 inches of 
rain is possible. Some of these heavy showers could be accompanied by 
lightning and wind gusts to 25 mph.

If you are outside or in a boat seek shelter if lightning is seen or
thunder is heard. If you will be driving, be alert for sudden 
downpours and water ponding on roads. Visibilities could briefly 
be reduce to less than one mile over the coastal waters in the 
heaviest of showers.
