At least until 5 pm ast, clouds and showers will develop across
the interior sections of the island and move northwest across the
northern municipalities. Periods of moderate to locally heavy
rains will accompany these showers along with brief wind gusts. 
Minor ponding of water on roads will therefore remain possible 
with the passing showers. The heaviest rains were now occurring 
around portions of the northeast, the San Juan metro area as well
as over the north central sections between Orocovis and Arecibo.
