...PATCHY TO AREAS OF FOG EARLY THIS MORNING...

Patchy to areas of fog will occur early this morning over the Rio
Grande Plains and Brush Country, generally west of a Ramirez,
Benavides, Tilden line. Visibilities will range generally from 2 
to 4 miles. At some locations within this region, visibilities 
will fall to less than 1 mile. Conditions will improve by mid 
morning as temperatures increase sufficiently.
