.NOW...Thunderstorm development due to a tropical wave situated
over the eastern half of the forecast area has started to effect
the islands. Currently a cluster is passing over Rio Grande and 
will move west into the San Juan Metro Area during the next hour.
This activity will last throughout the day, therefore there is 
possibility for localized flooding in affected areas. Take shelter
if lightning is present in the area.
