.NOW...Patchy dense fog and freezing fog has developed across the
Lower Columbia Basin in Washington tonight, and is expected to
persist through the morning. Localized areas of visibilities of a
quarter mile or less are being observed along I-82 west of the
Tri-Cities and along highway 240 in the Hanford Reach area.
