Through 9PM...areas of dense fog will impact travel across the 
Western Columbia Basin including Interstate 90 between Ritzville 
and Vantage. Anticipate visibilities less than a mile at times. 
Temperatures will hover around freezing, increasing the potential 
for slick spots. Drive with care this evening.

Other areas that will be impacted include Moses Lake, Ephrata,
Odessa, and Wilbur.
