...Above bankfull but below flood stage levels were observed along 
the Saint Francis River...Right Hand Chute Little River...and 
L'Anguille River...

For the Right Hand Chute Little River at Rivervale
* The latest stage was 3.98 feet and steady.
* The river is forecast to remain steady through tomorrow, then rise 
  to around 9.5 feet by Thursday.
* Impacts at 8.0 feet. Flooding is occurring inside the levee 
  system. Equipment and livestock may need to be moved.

For the L'Anguille River at Palestine
* The latest stage was 20.35 feet and steady.
* The river is forecast to begin rising on Tuesday, cresting near 
  23.0 feet later this week.
* Impacts at 22.0 feet. Crop land near the river is affected by 
  flood water.

For the Saint Francis River at Saint Francis
* The latest stage was 14.15 feet and steady.
* The river is forecast to begin rising tonight, cresting near the 
  action stage of 19.0 feet on Wednesday.
* Impacts at 19.0 feet. Overbank flooding into lowland near the 
  river begins.
