At 11 AM Sunday, the stage on the Mississippi River at Memphis was 31.2 feet and falling. Flood stage is 34.0 feet. At 11 AM Sunday, the stage on the Mississippi River at Helena was 42.8 feet and falling. Flood stage is 44.0 feet.At 43.0 feet, In Arkansas, road to landing east of downtown Helena, Arkansas begins to flood.
