.Flows in the upper San Juan and Rio Blanco Rivers have increased and
will remain high into the weekend. Tributaries will also run high
and may reach near or above bankfull. The Rio Blanco River will reach
near or above bankfull stage some low land areas along the river may
become inundated. Smaller tributaries may also reach bankfull levels.
Additional rainfall may quickly increase flows. Be alert for
changing conditions.
