...Cold Temperatures Creating Ice Jams on Local Rivers...

Ice jams on a few local rivers have been the result of cold
temperatures the past several days. Ice jams have been reported on
the Bear River above Alexander Reservoir near Soda
Springs, the Garden Creek in Challis, Warm Springs Creek near
Frenchman's Bend, and East Fork near Triumph. Flooding has not
reported at this time. Ice build ups can be hazardous for
safe footing  and property resources near the rivers.
