...River levels are high but are expected to remain below flood stage
for the following rivers... 
The Sturgeon River near Nahma Junction...4 miles upstream of gage to 6.5
miles downstream to Lake Michigan...the river was rising with a stage of
7.9 feet at 10 PM Monday. Flood stage is 10.0 feet. The river is expected
to continue to slowly rise and crest below flood stage.
Safety message...Residents along these rivers should remain alert and
exercise caution when walking near riverbanks.
