The following forecasts are for rivers in Southwest Lower Michigan...

For the Sycamore Creek At Holt...the latest stage was 6.9 feet at 9 
AM Monday. No significant flooding is forecast. The river stage has 
changed -0.4 feet in the past 24 hours. Flood stage is 8.0 feet. At 
6.0 feet...Flooding begins in low lying areas along the creek and at 
the Lansing Municipal Golf Course and Scott Woods Park.  

For the Muskegon River At Evart...the latest stage was 8.0 feet at 10
AM Monday. No significant flooding is forecast. The river stage has 
changed M feet in the past 24 hours. Flood stage is 12.0 feet. 

Safety message...Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
