...Above bankfull but below flood stage levels were observed along 
the Salt Fork Of The Red River and Cimarron River...

For the Salt Fork Of The Red River at Wellington 7N
* The latest stage was 6.25 feet.
* Impacts at 8.0 feet. Lowest areas of Collingsworth County Roadside 
  Park begin to flood, including the campground area. Flooding of 
  ranch land also begins to occur.

For the Cimarron River at Kenton 2NE
* The latest stage was 11.57 feet.
* Impacts at 11.0 feet. Bankfull stage. Water is up to the lowest 
  natural banks but within secondary banks. Low water crossings 
  upstream and downstream are likely flooded. Fences below the 
  secondary bank could sustain damage. No other known threats.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks. The next scheduled 
routine statement will be issued tomorrow morning.
