SNOWMELT AND AREAS OF HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE TO KEEP RIVERS RUNNING 
HIGH. NO FLOODING ON THE NORTH PLATTE...ENCAMPMENT...OR LARAMIE 
RIVERS IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME

 .Hydrologic Summary... 
 Snowmelt from the Medicine Bow and Sierra Madre Mountains will
 continue to combine with ongoing rainfall to keep local rivers
 at or near bankfull conditions. The North Platte at Saratoga,
 the Encampment River near Encampment, and the Laramie River at
 Laramie are currently near or above action stage and are
 forecast to oscillate up and down daily through the next 5 days.
 Spring runoff waters are generally cold and can destabilize river
 banks. Immersion in cold, energetic waters can be dangerous.
 People on or near rivers should take precautions to remain safe.
