Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts to around 40 mph. 
.SUNDAY...Very windy. Cooler. Mostly sunny in the morning...
partly cloudy with a 10 percent chance of rain showers in the
afternoon. Areas of blowing dust through the day. Snow level
9000 feet. Highs 54 to 62. Southwest winds 25 to 40 mph with
gusts to around 70 mph. 
.SUNDAY NIGHT...Windy. Mostly clear. A 10 percent chance of rain
and snow showers in the evening. Patchy blowing dust in the
