mostly cloudy with numerous snow showers and scattered rain
showers after midnight. Areas of blowing dust in the evening,
then patchy blowing snow after midnight. Visibility one quarter

4 inches. Lows 25 to 33. South winds 25 to 45 mph with gusts to
