Rain will change to all snow tonight, and bring snow through much
of Wednesday, followed by much colder temperatures. Strong winds
will also be found tonight through Wednesday, bringing areas of
blowing snow. Low temperatures tonight will be in the teens and 
20s while highs on Wednesday will be in the mid 20s to mid 30s. 
Cooler temperatures then settle in over the region to end the work
week. Slight chances for snow along with some breezy conditions 
may also be found
