The rain has ended and temperatures had dropped into the lower to middle 30s north, upper 30s to middle 40s south. Skies are forecast to gradually clear overnight as high pressure begins to build into the area. A colder air mass behind a departed cold front will send low temperatures down into the lower 20s in north-central Wisconsin, lower 30s across east-central Wisconsin. This high pressure is forecast to move across the Great Lakes on Wednesday, providing for sunny skies and less wind. High temperatures are expected to only reach the lower 40s near Lake Michigan, mainly lower 50s inland. Quiet weather will continue through Thursday as the high pressure shifts to the east and winds turn to the southeast. Highs on Thursday will warm to around 50 degrees near Lake Michigan, upper 50s to lower 60s inland. $$ Kallas
